The Struggle was real
I’m excited to share that I now maintain my weight by intermittent fasting.
It’s safe to say I have tried so many diet and weight loss plans that I have lost track. I’ve counted points, macros, carbs and calories. I’ve worked with trainers that had me eating 5 meals a day and working out twice a day, 7 days a week. I looked fabulous but the common theme of all my methods was that none of my “plans” were sustainable. I’ve gained and lost weight all my adult life. I’ve spent the last 10 years struggling to maintain a 50-pound weight loss. Yes, I have kept the weight off but it was very difficult until I discovered intermittent fasting in July of 2017. No more yo-yoing. I stay within 5 pounds of my goal weight of 138 at all times. I now enjoy my life and food! I no longer diet and no food is off-limits for me including grass-fed meats and bred! Yes, you heard me, I said BREAD!
